Conveyancing Fee Earner / Solicitor – Carlisle
A highly reputable, multi-service law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its well-structured Property team in Carlisle.
This is a great opportunity to join a firm with strong internal support, allowing you to focus on quality fee-earning work.
The Role:
*Manage a residential conveyancing caseload (Sales & Purchases)
*Handle Freehold & Leasehold matters
*Carry out title checks, reports on title and deal with enquiries
*Manage the process from inception to completion
The Package:
*£35,000 – £45,000 DOE
*Bonus structure - up to £10,000 per annum
*25 days holiday + bank holidays
*Hybrid working
*Support from a new business & post-completion team
*Dedicated Paralegal – 1 paralegal supporting 2 fee earners
*LEAP case management system
*Dog-friendly office
The Candidate:
*Solicitor, CILEX or CLC qualified or experienced fee earner
*Able to manage files independently including Freehold, Leasehold, Sale, Purchase, New Build etc.
*Strong technical and organisational skills
