Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancing Fee Earner
An exciting and growing law firm in Liverpool is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its high-performing and friendly Property team. Remuneration & Benefits
*Salary: Highly competitive DOE
*Bonus scheme up to £9,000 per annum (bonus kicks in from 12 completions per month)
*Maximum caseload of around 50 files
*Paralegal / Assistant support
*Dedicated New Business and Post Completion teams
*Hybrid working – 2 days from home
*Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm

The Role
*Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
*Handle Freehold and Leasehold Sale and Purchase matters
*Ability to deal with New Build, Shared Ownership and Buy to Let transactions
*Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth file progression
*Maintain a high level of client care
*Work within a structured and well-supported property department
The Candidate
*Applications welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX or experienced Fee Earners
*Able to manage a residential caseload independently
*Confident handling Sale & Purchase transactions is essential
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Team player with a positive attitude
