General duties include:
*Supporting children through play-based learning
*Helping with feeding, toileting, and personal care when required
*Setting up safe and stimulating learning environments
*Observing and recording children’s development
*Encouraging social interaction and early communication skills

What you’ll need to succeed* A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
* Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, caring, and creative approach to working with children.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
