Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to support our customer service operations. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and delivering a high standard of service at all times. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the schedulers to make sure SLA’s are being adhered too.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
* Raising permits for engineer visits via admin support tea
* Extensive administration experience with excellent attention to detail and accountability
* Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
* Monitor and track customer queries to ensure resolution within agreed timelines
* Forward RAMS, Booking Forms and Permits for all required appointments.
* Support the customer service team with administrative tasks as required
* Ensure any PM/PPM calls are booked in conjunction with ASQ/SW calls at the same site
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems (CRM software preferred)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a similar industry (if applicable)
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
* Customer service training or certification
