About the Role:
As an Energy Renewals Expert, you’ll be responsible for account managing and renewing our portfolio of qualified and existing customers. Your focus will be on helping small and medium-sized businesses secure the best possible energy deals by presenting a range of tailored solutions that meet their needs.
What You’ll DoIn this end to end Closer role, you’ll:
*Build and nurture lasting relationships with Bionic energy customers.
* Identify customer needs and match them with the most suitable energy products and solutions.
* Search for and present the best available deals, ensuring each customer receives exceptional value.
* Act as the customer’s dedicated account manager, providing expert guidance throughout the renewal process.
* Schedule and conduct follow-up calls with customers to discuss their options and next steps.
* Deliver world-class service that fosters trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
* Confidently negotiate and close deals when they align with customer requirements.
* Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and KPIs.
* Cross-sell additional services such as telecoms, water, and insurance to enhance customer value.
* Collaborate with your team to maintain a vibrant, supportive, and high-performing workplace.
About You
* Minimum 12 months of sales experience (B2B or telesales preferred).
* Highly target-driven and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
* A consultative, value-driven sales approach that prioritizes customer needs.
* Skilled in pitching, negotiating, and handling objections effectively.
* Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and listening.
* Able to build rapport quickly with people from all backgrounds.
*Tactful, professional, and customer-focused in your approach.
*Punctual, focused, and committed to delivering results.
* Proactive, eager to learn, grow, and develop within the business.
