Key Responsibilities*Respond to client queries in Portuguese regarding event schedules, availability and booking options
*Manage event registrations, ensuring accuracy and a smooth client experience
*Provide clear and timely email correspondence in Portuguese
*Maintain client records and ensure all information is up to date
*Liaise with internal teams to coordinate session availability and logistics
*Deliver a warm, professional service that reflects the academy’s high standards
Skills & Experience Required*Fluent written and spoken Portuguese (essential)
*Confident communicator with a strong customer-service mindset
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
*Comfortable working in a fast-moving, client-focused environment
*Previous experience in client services, administration or events support is helpful but not essential — potential and motivation are equally valued
