Head of Procurement
52 weeks |37 hours per week | Permanent
Salary: SCP 40–48 (£51,356 – £60,208 FTE)
Location: Sapientia Education Trust, Wymondham College (travel to other sites required)

Behind that success is a dedicated finance and procurement team who are seeking a procurement specialist to join the Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious Trust at a pivotal point in its development. As Head of Procurement, you will play a central role in driving value for money across 22 schools, enabling them to deliver world-class education. Working closely with the CFO, Executive Team and Headteachers, you will to secure the delivery of the Trust’s procurement strategy, ensuring the Trust meets its legal obligations and achieves best value for money in all areas.
Do you have the skills to:
*Provide advice and support to school staff on purchasing and procurement budgetary matters, ensuring that they meet legal requirements and maximise value for pupils.
*Lead the development and delivery of the Trust’s procurement strategy.
*Enable the delivery of efficiencies through effective procurement and contract management for a large public sector organisation in accordance with Procurement Act 2023.
*Continuously review processes, procedures and practices to ensure the service provided is effective, efficient and compliant with all legal requirements.
