The Role
You’ll provide essential support to fee earners in a fast-paced environment, handling a wide range of administrative and legal tasks, including:
*Audio/copy typing and document production
*Proofreading and formatting legal documents
*Managing dictation and correspondence
*Supporting Land Registry applications and post-completion work
*File opening/closing and compliance
*Preparing sales packs, reports, and client communications
*Diary management, meetings, and general team support
*Assisting with billing, payments, and credit control
About You
*Previous Legal Secretary experience (Commercial Property essential)
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Strong communication and IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
*Able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
*Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player
