Job Description:
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent for the Sales Executive
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (40 hours per week, 1-hour lunch between 12pm–2pm)
Sales Executive Salary: £27,500–£30,500 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission ( £5,000 ) + ( £5,000) Year-End Bonus
Benefits: 20 days holiday (rising to 25 after 5 years) + Bank Holidays, Life Assurance (3x salary), Pension, Private Medical Insurance, Career Progression

My client is an established and reputable designer and manufacturer within the building services industry and they are looking for a Sales Executive, this organisation provides high-quality water treatment solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
The Role
As an Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the UK sales team and driving business growth. You’ll develop strong relationships with mechanical and electrical contractors and building merchants, promoting a specialist range of water treatment products and providing expert advice and support.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Relationship Management
*Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors and merchants within a defined account list.
*Promote and sell water treatment products via telephone and email.
*Work closely with the Regional Account Manager to achieve and exceed team sales targets.
Customer Service & Administration
*Prepare and issue customer quotations accurately and on time.
*Handle incoming enquiries, providing professional and efficient support.
*Keep CRM systems updated with project and customer details to ensure data accuracy.

*Previous experience in sales
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Confident and professional telephone manner.
*Strong organisation and time management skills.
*Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
*Proactive, results-driven, and eager to learn.
