Senior Legal PA Competition Law - Superb US law Firm - Hybrid 3:2 - Salary up to £60k plus excellent benefits!
This role is working for one of the BEST US law firms in London, and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal PA/EA to achieve the pinnacle of the Secretarial/PA career ladder!
This is a highly organisational and administrative role, to support the day-to-day workload of a team of Partners and Associates.
The successful Candidate will be an experienced Legal PA/EA who has operated at Partner level in a similar environment.
*City based US Law Firm
*Supporting Senior level
*Salary up to £60,000
*Hybrid Policy = 3 days in the office, 2 day from home
Duties
*Actively manage Fee Earner’s diaries
*Document processing, creating / amending lengthy legal documents, proof reading, etc.
*Travel arrangements and itineraries
*Manage in-boxes
*Liaising with Clients
*Manage the billing process
*Deal with expenses
