Delegate Sales Executive
Delegate Sales Executive – Bespoke Supplier Dinners
Location: Central London / 2 days from home
Salary £to 35k doe plus uncapped earnings
Role Summary
My well established client is hiring a confident, target-driven Delegate Sales Executive to secure senior-level attendees for exclusive, invitation-only supplier dinners.
You’ll curate high-value guest lists, engage decision-makers, and ensure every dinner delivers strong commercial outcomes for our partners.
Key Responsibilities
*Source, engage, and convert senior delegates through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email.
*Qualify attendees against supplier objectives and industry focus.
*Maintain accurate CRM pipelines and consistently hit outreach and conversion KPIs.
*Provide market insight to internal teams and support event delivery where required.
*Manage pre-event communication to ensure a seamless delegate experience.
Skills & Delegate Sales Experience
*Proven success in delegate sales ( roundtables , dinners).
*Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
*Highly organised, resilient, and motivated by targets.
*Experience with hosted-buyer events or VIP dinners is a plus.
Success Indicators
*Fully booked dinners with relevant, high-quality delegates.
*Strong conversion and attendance rates.
*Positive delegate and partner feedback.
