We are looking for an Area Works Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent contract based in London.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by providing accurate, timely information and resolving queries efficiently. You will support contractors, customers, and internal teams while maintaining accurate data across systems and ensuring compliance with organisational processes. The position contributes to team and corporate objectives, assists with planning engineer schedules, produces management reports, and raises purchase and work orders to enable the timely delivery of services. Additionally, it provides essential administrative support to the commercial team, helping to drive operational efficiency and smooth service delivery.
Essential
*Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
*Experience of working within agreed performance targets.
*Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
*Experience of working with databases.
*Microsoft office including Word and Excel.

Qualifications
*Educated to NVQ level II or equivalent level of competence.
