As a Technical Publications Author, your responsibilities will include:*Creating and maintaining a range of technical documents including CMMs, SILs, training manuals, installation instructions, and service bulletins
*Ensuring all publications align with relevant industry standards and internal quality processes
*Supporting improvements in documentation methods, systems, and workflows
*Collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, configuration, and customer support teams
*Managing your workload to meet documentation deadlines and on time delivery performance targets
As a Technical Publications Author, your experience will include:*Experience compiling technical publications within an engineering or manufacturing environment
*Proficiency with authoring tools such as Adobe FrameMaker or similar
*Experience with 2D illustration software such as IsoDraw
*Understanding of Simplified Technical English (ASD-STE 100)
*Knowledge of technical standards such as iSpec2200 (desirable)
*Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and to strict deadlines
