Job Description:
We’re working with a highly respected, national wealth management firm to recruit an experienced Paraplanner into their growing Cambridge office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team, supporting Wealth Managers in delivering high-quality, client-centric financial advice. The Role
As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in the advice process, working closely with Wealth Managers to deliver tailored financial planning solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Producing detailed financial plans, suitability reports, and recommendation documents
*Supporting client reviews and new business meetings
*Conducting in-depth research across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
*Ensuring all advice aligns with client objectives, risk profiles, and regulatory requirements
*Acting as a key point of contact between advisers, support teams, and product providers
*Contributing to a smooth and efficient end-to-end client journey
About You
You will be an experienced Paraplanner with strong technical expertise and a proactive approach.
Key requirements:
*CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
*Proven paraplanning experience within a wealth management or IFA environment
*Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, tax wrappers, and financial planning strategies
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
