Winner Education are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to oversee a thriving nursery in Leicester, ensuring children receive exceptional care and early years education. You’ll lead your team, maintain high standards, and create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead, motivate, and support nursery staff to deliver excellent care

*Ensure full EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding compliance

*Manage nursery budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively

*Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community

*Support staff development and professional growth

*Drive continuous improvement across the nursery setting

*Maintain a safe, calm, and well-organised environment for all children

Requirements:
*Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)

*Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager

*Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

*Proactive and commercially minded approach

*Passion for early years education and child development
