Job Description:
Administrator/Coordinator
Location: London (Notting Hill Area)
Salary: £17 per hour
Contract: 12-week temporary contract (with potential to become fixed-term or permanent)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised Administrator/Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to secure a longer-term position. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring work is scheduled, tracked, and delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
*Schedule and manage operatives’ diaries to ensure work is completed on time and meets service targets
*Coordinate with managers, surveyors, operatives, and subcontractors to organise works
*Book appointments with customers and keep them updated throughout the process
*Arrange and track compliance checks (e.g. Gas, Electrical, EPC, Asbestos) and ensure records are up to date
*Raise purchase orders and support finance processes in line with company procedures
*Assist surveyors in raising jobs and organising required works
*Monitor performance data and prioritise workloads using internal systems
*Provide general administrative support as required
About You
*Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems/databases
*Experience scheduling or coordinating work is desirable
*A proactive team player with great attention to detail
