The Role
*Process customer orders accurately
*Handle inbound calls and respond to emails/webchat
*Make outbound calls for quotes, failed orders & aftercare
*Maintain customer records and log feedback
*Liaise with Marketing, Stock Control & Warehouse teams
*Manage your daily task rota and meet deadlines
*Upsell one product per telephone order
