Fabrication Supervisor (Days)
£43,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Training + Days + Monday to Friday + Health Cash Plan + Excellent Company Benefits
Ideally Located: Preston, Blackburn, Leyland, Longridge, Bamber bridge, Kirkham, Accrington, ETC
Are you a Fabricator / Welder looking to take the next step of your career and move into a supervisory role where you will oversee a small team whilst working a Monday to Friday days-based role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and industry-leading manufacturer, offering a hands-on leadership role with autonomy, technical variety, and long-term stability

You will be responsible for managing daily workloads, overseeing repair and maintenance, and supporting the development of team members. You will also be hands on in Welding and Fabricating using MIG TIG and Gas welding techniques.
This role would suit a Welder / Fabricator looking to step up into a supervisory position in a hands-on leadership role whilst working a Monday to Friday, days-based position with early finish on Fridays.
The Role:
*Hands on supervisory position
*Overseeing daily workload, training, and team development
*Monday to Friday, Early Friday finish
The Candidate:
*Comfortable working autonomously and taking lead
*Looking to take a step up into a supervisory role
