Employment Solicitor

An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established specialist employment law firm in Leeds, recognised in the latest Chambers and Partners UK Guide.
The firm is ranked in Chambers UK and is known for delivering commercially focused, pragmatic advice to a broad client base including SMEs, national businesses and organisations across sectors such as education, retail and financial services.
The Role
You will join a growing and highly regarded team advising on a full range of employment matters, including:
*Employment Tribunal litigation (unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing)
*Day-to-day HR and advisory support
*Disciplinary and grievance processes
*TUPE and transactional support
*Settlement agreements and exit strategies
The role offers a high level of responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners in a genuinely collaborative environment.
The Candidate
*1PQ+ Employment Solicitor
*Experience in employment law (respondent)
*Confident managing client relationships
*Commercial and pragmatic in approach
*Keen to develop within a specialist team
