Job Description:
About the RoleWe are working with a highly regarded professional services organisation undergoing significant growth, where technology plays a key role in delivering business success.
They are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join their IT team, responsible for delivering a high-quality, secure, and reliable end user experience across the business.
This is a hands-on 3rd line role within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities*Design, build, and support end user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices)
*Provide 3rd line support for EUC-related issues
*Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (including OneDrive)
*Administer endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)
*Maintain standard operating environments and device configurations
*Package and deploy applications across the organisation
*Monitor and optimise user experience using DEX tools (e.g. Nexthink)
*Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts
*Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and best practice standards
*Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and image management
Key Skills & Experience*Proven experience in an EUC / Desktop Engineering role
*Strong knowledge of Windows 11 & Microsoft 365
*Experience with Intune, SCCM, Autopilot
*Solid understanding of Active Directory & Azure AD
*Experience with application packaging and deployment
*PowerShell scripting for automation
*Mobile Device Management (iOS) experience
*Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
*Experience supporting users in a professional services environment
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Desirable:
*Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
*Exposure to Digital Employee Experience tools (e.g. Nexthink)
*Experience with enterprise laptop environments (Dell/Lenovo)
*Knowledge of document management systems (e.g. iManage)
