We are seeking a dynamic and experienced On-Site Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This exciting hybrid role offers the perfect blend of office-based strategy and on-site client engagement, allowing you to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for one of our major clients.
About the Role:
As an On-Site Recruitment Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for a key client, responsible for managing their shift-based staffing needs. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in every aspect of the recruitment process, from initial client brief to final payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
*Client Management: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with your assigned client, understanding their business needs and staffing requirements.
*Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for temporary and permanent roles.
*On-Site Presence: Spend approximately 50% of your time on-site with the client, ensuring seamless integration with their operations and providing immediate support.
*Admin & Payroll: Oversee all administrative tasks, including candidate onboarding, timesheet management, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
*Candidate Experience: Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
*Market Insight: Provide valuable market insights and trends to the client to support their workforce planning.

*Proven experience within the recruitment sector, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
*Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong organizational and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
*Proactive and results-oriented approach.
*Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
*A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle is advantageous for on-site client visits.
