KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting an Outsourcing Supervisor to join an established team in Newcastle. Supporting a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will be part or fully ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified.
*Managing your own clients and ensuring all services are delivered on time and to a high standard.
*Preparing accurate management accounts
*Preparing VAT returns.
*Supervising a small team to ensure completion of:
*Bank reconciliations
*Sales and purchase ledger processing
*Timely and accurate invoice postings
*Timely payments to suppliers and other creditors
*Working closely with clients to resolve finance function and systems issues, ensuring smooth and timely completion of tasks.
*Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
*Monitoring quality standards and contributing to excellent service delivery.
*Identifying and communicating potential business opportunities to senior team members.
