Your responsibilities as Customer Service Advisor
*Acting as the first point of contact for internal queries across UK branches
*Providing clear guidance on systems, processes and day-to-day operations
*Logging, managing and tracking queries through to full resolution
*Ensuring consistent communication and updates to stakeholders
*Supporting and learning bespoke internal systems to deliver accurate solutions
*Maintaining high standards of service across all interactions
What we’re looking for in a Customer Service Advisor
*Previous experience in a support, service desk or customer-focused role
*Strong communication skills across different levels of a business
*Ability to manage and prioritise multiple queries effectively
*High attention to detail when logging and resolving issues
*Confidence using systems and learning new platforms

Working hours: 35 hours per week, shifts between 08:00–16:00 and 09:00–17:00
