Your new role
As a Job-Running Architectural Technologist, you will take the lead on projects from RIBA Stages 3-6, coordinating design information, managing technical delivery, and ensuring smooth progression through construction.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Running multiple projects independently and managing day-to-day coordination
*Producing detailed technical drawings, specifications and schedules
*Liaising with clients, consultants, planning authorities and contractors
*Ensuring full compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
*Undertaking site inspections, resolving technical issues and monitoring progress
*Supporting tender processes and producing construction-ready information
*Upholding the practice’s high standards for technical accuracy and client service
This role offers true project ownership and the chance to work on a wide variety of schemes.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
*Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist with job-running responsibility
*Strong technical knowledge and detailing ability
*Experience working on commercial and residential projects
*Proficiency in Revit, used across the practice to support BIM-based workflows
*Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
*Confidence liaising with clients, consultants and contractors
*The ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining high technical standards
