Role: Car Sales Executive
Location: Chester
Salary: £25,000 basic | OTE £55,000+ (uncapped) + Company Car
Richard Abson Group is proud to be working with a premium main dealership in Chester to recruit an experienced and driven Car Sales Executive.

The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
*Selling both new and used premium vehicles
*Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover
*Building long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
*Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
*Maximising profitability on each vehicle sale
You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 4 Sales Executives, all focused on performance, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
What’s on Offer
*Basic salary of £25,000
*Uncapped OTE of £55,000+ (based on approx. 120 units per year)
*Earnings based on both volume and profit per vehicle
*Company car
*Structured and supportive team environment
Working Hours
*Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
*1 in 3 weekends off
*Plus a day off in the week, every week
About You
*Proven experience in car sales (ideally within a main dealership)
*A strong track record of achieving targets
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Highly motivated, professional, and driven to succeed
