Litigation Paralegal
Newport Outskirts – Own transport desirable

TSR Legal are proud to be working with a growing law firm who now have a new opportunity for a Paralegal to join them in the outskirts of Newport. This is a rare and unique opportunity to join a highly regarded boutique law firm, led by an industry-recognised Legal 500 lawyer.
The Firm
This exceptional boutique practice is known for its specialist expertise, high-quality work, and supportive working environment. You will work directly alongside a respected leader in the field, gaining invaluable exposure and mentorship that is hard to find elsewhere.
The Role
You will support a busy civil litigation caseload with a particular focus on debt recovery matters. This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility and the chance to develop your technical skills quickly.
Key responsibilities include:
*Assisting with a varied caseload of civil litigation and debt recovery files
*Drafting legal documents and correspondence
*Managing case files from instruction through to resolution
*Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
*Supporting enforcement actions and post-judgment processes
About You
*Previous experience in civil litigation and/or debt recovery is highly desirable
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Proactive, driven, and keen to learn
*Due to the firm’s location, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
