A friendly, independent accountancy practice based in Ashford is looking to recruit an Accounts Semi Senior to join their close-knit and supportive team. This well-established local firm works with a diverse and loyal client base across a wide range of industries, including owner-managed businesses, sole traders, partnerships. They provide a full suite of services including accounts preparation, tax, bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, management accounts.

In this varied and hands-on role, you will be involved in preparing accounts, tax returns, bookkeeping, and management accounts for a broad portfolio of clients. As you progress, you will take on more client interaction and responsibility, becoming a key point of contact for your clients.

*Experience working within an accountancy practice, preparing a mix of accounts, tax, bookkeeping, VAT, or management accounts


*Ideally 1.5–2+ years of relevant experience


*AAT qualified or studying, or currently pursuing ACCA/ACA (or qualified by experience)
