Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to join a growing ER and HR Operations team. In this role, you will manage a broad blend of Employee Relations and HR Operations responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on ER case management and complex employee matters.

Key Responsibilities*Handle escalated HR queries and complex ER casework
*Support investigations, performance management, flexible working requests, and organisational change
*Partner with HR Centres of Expertise to align on policies and processes
*Manage HR transactions including job changes, onboarding, benefits administration, and data updates
*Create and maintain HR documentation, including knowledge articles
*Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
*Support accurate ER reporting and maintain robust documentation
Experience, Skills & Qualities*Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or international equivalent)
*Proven experience managing Employee Relations cases
*Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
*Experience working within a Shared Service environment (professional services or financial services advantageous)
*Familiarity with HR systems; Workday experience is a bonus
*CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred
Hybrid working, London office, currently 2 days working in the office and 3 days working from home (you must be able to be flexible with attending the office as needed).
