SEO Executive
We’re looking for an SEO Executive who already understands the fundamentals and is ready for ownership, responsibility, and progression. This is not a junior or trainee role. It’s a delivery-focused SEO position where performance and independence matter.
What You’ll Do
Execute SEO strategies that drive organic growth
Conduct keyword and intent research
Optimise on-page content for rankings, UX, and conversions
Support GEO/AEO-ready and entity-aligned content
Improve internal linking and site crawlability
Identify and fix technical issues using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog
Work with developers and designers to embed SEO best practices
Support ethical link-building and authority growth
Monitor algorithm changes and adjust strategies
Report on rankings, traffic, and insights with clear next steps
Who This Role Suits
2+ years hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
Strong understanding of on-page SEO, intent, and content optimisation
Confident using core SEO tools
Works independently and takes ownership
Commercially aware and understands how SEO drives growth
Curious about how search is evolving
Requirements
