We’re looking for a Customer Experience Manager

You will be an experienced customer-focused professional with a strong background in operations and delivering exceptional service. You’ll be confident managing the full customer journey, using data and feedback to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
With excellent communication skills and a proactive approach, you’ll be comfortable handling complex queries, working collaboratively across teams, and driving high standards across all touchpoints. Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time
Location: London (hybrid working with flexibility for remote work)

*Oversee and manage the end-to-end customer journey
*Ensure a consistently high-quality experience across all customer touchpoints
*Manage customer communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism
*Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
*Develop and implement processes, strategies, and policies to enhance customer experience
*Work collaboratively with internal teams to align operations and service delivery
*Resolve complex customer queries effectively and efficiently
*Continuously review and improve operational processes
