Category Executive | Leading FMCG Food Brand
NW London (hybrid) | £35-40k basic + bonus + benfs
We are working with a market-leading food brand (£150m+ turnover) that continues to go from strength to strength across the UK grocery channel. As they build out their category function, they’re now looking to hire a Category Executive to support the team in driving insight-led growth across key retail customers.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their FMCG career (c.1–3 years’ experience) looking to step into a role with real exposure across category, commercial and marketing.
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting the delivery of category insights to major grocery retailers
• Analysing data (Nielsen/Kantar/IRI) to identify trends and opportunities
• Building compelling customer presentations and sales stories
• Working closely with sales and marketing teams to support JBPs and activations
What they’re looking for:
• 1–3 years’ experience in category, insights or sales within FMCG
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with data
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tell a story through insight
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop within a high-performing team
