Senior Electrical-bias Project Manager opportunity based at HMP Highpoint (Suffolk) and wanted to reach out as it may be of interest.
This is a role on a major £300m prison expansion scheme, working within a Tier 1 environment on a significant MEP package.
Key details:
*Role: Senior Electrical Project Manager
*Location: HMP Highpoint, Suffolk
*Duration: Approx. 13 months -
*Rate: £450–£500 per day (PAYE)
*Benefits: Subject to holiday pay and pension in addition to the hourly day rate
*Start: ASAP / short notice preferred


Overview:
*Managing electrical packages within a large-scale custodial project
*Overseeing delivery from installation through to commissioning
*Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme and quality targets are met
*Working closely with site, commercial and client teams
Requirements:
*Strong background in electrical building services / M&E
*Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects
*Experience working on Tier 1 or major schemes
*Ability to manage programmes, subcontractors and site delivery
*Previous experience on secure, MOD, healthcare or similar environments would be beneficial
