Supporting children with a range of additional needs (SEMH, ASC, MLD, SLD, andmore) Helping pupils access learning and buildindependence Creating a calm, positive, and encouragingenvironment Working closely with teachers and SENCOs Using patience, empathy, and creativity to help students shine Making every day rewarding - for you and your pupils!
WhatYou’ll Need
Experience working with children or vulnerable adults (school or non-schoolsettings welcome!) A caring, patient, adaptable approach Confidence supporting students with a range of needs An enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one through Hays)
