Industrial Manufacturing Engineer - 36826503 - £27.30/hr umbrella rate

What You Will Do:
- Analyse and present statistical data to plan, monitor, and optimise labour requirements across production facilities.
- Drive efficiency and productivity targets during the strategy phase of vehicle development.
- Conduct benchmarking activities, Design for Assembly (DFA) analysis, and synthetic time deployment.
- Collaborate with production plants to ensure assignment allocation aligns with operational needs.
- Manage projects independently, developing and executing best practices for industrial engineering.
- Deliver hours-per-car reporting and incorporate productivity improvements into programme plans.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in assembly operations within manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Design for Assembly methodologies.
- Industrial engineering expertise, including tools and techniques such as GSPAS and APT.
- Ability to work proactively, taking ownership of tasks and delivering successful results.
- Excellent data analysis and presentation skills to support decision-making processes.
