Our client is based in Southampton, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the Customer Service team is looking for additional support.
Description
*Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
*Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
*Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
*Monitor and respond to customer communications via phone, email, and other channels.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
*Generate and analyse reports related to customer service performance.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Agent should have:
*Previous experience in a customer service role.
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
*Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
*Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
