Key Responsibilities
*Manage your own section of a high-volume, high-value sales ledger
*Work independently and manage your time effectively
*Monitor overdue payments using internal systems and Excel
*Proactively chase outstanding and current debt
*Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
*Liaise with departments across the business to resolve invoice queries quickly
*Prepare statements, reports, and escalate high-risk accounts when required
*Collaborate closely with the wider finance team on cash allocation and invoicing
*Carry out general credit control administration tasks
