*Package £70,000 (£65,000 base and £5k Tronc)
*Covers of around 40
*Fully staffed
*Accommodation provided for upto 2 months

*Working closely with local colleagues and schools for talent
*Please note you must have worked at 3aa Rosette or Michelin level (minimum) to be taken through for this role.
