Job Description:
Recruitment Solutions are working with a growing and ambitious business to appoint an Outbound Lead Generator. The business operates within a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is looking for someone confident, proactive, and motivated to support their Sales function.
The role will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on generating high-quality leads and building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE OUTBOUND LEAD GENERATOR
*Competitive Salary of £26,000 – £28,000 (DOE)
*Commission / Bonus structure based on performance
*20–25 Days Holiday plus Bank Hols
*Training and ongoing development
*Clear progression into Sales roles
*Supportive and energetic team environment
THE ROLE OF THE OUTBOUND LEAD GENERATOR
Will be responsible for proactive outbound activity to generate and qualify new business opportunities for the Sales team.
Duties will include:
*Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce services and generate interest
*Sending targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
*Researching and identifying potential leads within key markets
*Qualifying leads and booking meetings for the Sales team
*Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate information
*Following up on previous outreach and nurturing potential prospects
*Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly activity and lead targets
*Supporting Sales and Marketing with campaign activity and market feedback
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, or outbound sales
*Confident communicator with strong phone manner
*Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
*Self-motivated with a proactive approach
*Experience using CRM systems is desirable
