Do you have a background in collecting debt, working within a call centre or within telesales? Do you want to work in a busy environment which is supportive, challenging and nurturing which exposes you to lots of training? If so, then this is the job for you!

Our clients are leaders in debt resolution. They are a close-knit friendly business where you’re not just a number! You’ll be working with a team to deliver exceptional customer service to their customers who are in arrears with their utility bills. You’ll be working closely with their customer to help them resolve their utility debt by walking them through their options with empathy and understanding. This is an inbound and outbound customer service operative role where you’ll be the front-line contact helping customers to find the right solution to manage their outstanding utility bills and arrears. You will also assist our clients field agents set up payment plans and process payments from customers.
Skills and Experience
*If you’ve worked within credit control, telesales, debt recovery or call calling in a call centre environment we want to hear from you
*You must be organised and able to prioritise workload
*It’s important you can express empathy with customers whilst being able to lead a conversation to get the debt resolved
*You must be resilient and tenacious
*Proven track record of working towards targets and achieving them
Other Information
*No CCJ’s, IVA’s or bankruptcies
*Must be willing to undergo a DBS check
*Hours are Monday to Friday
*8.00am – 4.30pm
*9.00am – 5.30pm
*9.30am – 6.00pm
