Assistant Store Manager

Day-to-day of the role:
*Support the Store Manager in managing store operations including sorting out deliveries, placing orders, and handling customer queries.
*Focus on people management, performance reviews, and organising holiday rotas for the team.
*Drive the over-riding goals of maximising sales, ensuring excellent customer service, minimising costs, and optimising operational efficiency.
*Prepare to step into the Store Manager’s shoes in their absence, ensuring smooth store operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experienced in people management, ideally within a retail or customer-driven environment.
*Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced setting.
*Skilled in time management and operational efficiency.
*Highly motivated to consistently achieve targets.
