Support behaviour and learning
Provide 1:1 guidance
Create a calm, positive classroom environment
Build trust and meaningful relationships with students
Cover SupervisorYou’ll: Deliver pre-planned lessons
? Keep classes focused and engaged
Maintain behaviour standards (No teaching experience needed - confidence and communication are what count!)
