Sales Manager - Join Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB)
Location: Barnsley
Employment Type: Full time / Employed
Earnings: OTE £90,000

We’re on the lookout for a passionate, people-focused Sales Manager to join our growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Oversee and conduct monthly team meetings, which include 121s and business reviews.
*Make sure that the team meets and surpasses performance goals.
*Supervise the team leader and mortgage progression team to promote growth and performance.
*Managing relationships with the mortgage brokers.
*Creating a relationship with the senior partners from the network.
What We’re Looking For:
*CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) (must have)
*Demonstrated expertise in managing financial services or in a related leadership position.
*Excellent people management and leadership abilities.
*Thorough understanding of sales procedures, industry rules, and financial services.
*Knowledge of KPI management and the capacity to pinpoint areas in need of development.
