About the Roles
Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Support
You’ll work closely with teachers to:
*Support behaviour management in the classroom
*Provide 1:1 support to students who need extra guidance
*Help create a calm, positive learning environment
*Build relationships with young people and act as a trusted adult
Cover Supervisor
You will:
*Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher
*Manage the classroom and keep students on task
*Maintain behaviour standards and ensure learning continues
No subject knowledge or teaching experience required - confidence, presence and strong communication skills are what matter most.
