Are you looking to gain hands-on experience supporting young people with complex needs and challenging behaviour?
A specialist SEN setting in Stroud is seeking a dedicated and resilient individual to support students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and complex additonal needs. This role is a hands on and rewarding role, ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in a therapeutic, relationship-focused envrionment.
The Role
*Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with Complex
*Support pupils with challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques
*Promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour and engagement with learning
*Build strong relationships with vulnerable learners
*Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams in a specialist setting

*Strong behaviour management skills
