Yard Operative - Harlow (Pinnacles Area)We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a well-established company in the Harlow Pinnacles area. This is a hands-on role working mainly outdoors and supporting a busy yard operation supplying total solutions to the construction industry, including shoring equipment, piling equipment, pipework, and hydraulic tools.
Key Responsibilities*Operating pressure-washing equipment
*Loading and unloading vehicles
*Using hand tools and various hydraulic equipment
*General yard duties and manual labour
*Stock checks and maintaining a tidy working environment
Desirable Skills*A Counterbalance Forklift Licence is beneficial but not essential.*Training and certification will be provided for committed candidates once they achieve permanent employment status.

*Experience in welding, fabrication, or hydraulics is an advantage, but not required.
Hours & Pay*Monday to Friday
*08:00 to 17:30
*42.5 basic hours per week
*Optional overtime available on Saturdays at x1.5 pay rate
Contract TypeThis is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity.
You will complete a qualifying period on a temporary contract. With strong performance, reliability, and a positive attitude, there is the potential to be taken on permanently by the client.
