Working Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Are you a multi skilled tradesperson with a background in property maintenance or similar? Do you want a stable full-time role with a company that offers car allowance, stock options and progression?

In this role, you will ensure properties are fully prepared for the busy start of the week, responding to guest issues from the weekend and carrying out planned and reactive maintenance. You will work across a variety of homes, applying your skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs, ensuring every property meets high presentation and safety standards.
This role would suit a Multi Skilled Tradesperson with a background in property maintenance who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and being part of a growing business that offers progression.
The Role:
*Carry out general maintenance across a portfolio of holiday let properties, ensuring all homes remain safe, compliant, and guest-ready
*Respond promptly to maintenance issues, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently
*Perform a range of tasks including basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and decorating
*Conduct property inspections, identifying preventative maintenance needs while maintaining accurate records of all work completed - Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
The Person:
*Experience in property maintenance or similar
*Trade qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ)
*Full UK driving licence and vehicle
*Commutable to Gloucestershire
