Duties for the role of Job Runner include:
*Manage and deliver high-profile projects from inception through to completion
*Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
*Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
*Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external and internal team members
Skills and experience for the role of Job Runner:
*Degree within architectural technology
*Strong post qualification experience within a relevant role within a UK practice
*Proficiency with Revit
*Experience managing projects across various sectors
*Job running experience
*Strong technical and presentation skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
