Finance Admin Assistant
Southend | £27,000 to £29,000 |Mon to Fri | 9:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a confident and organised Finance Admin Assistant to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within finance and administration.
The role:
This is a varied position combining customer service, finance support, and credit control duties. You will be:
* Handling customer queries relating to invoices, billing, and payments
* Supporting credit control by chasing outstanding invoices
* Raising and amending invoices and credit notes
* Maintaining accurate customer records
* Assisting with reporting and month-end processes
What we are looking for:
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Confident communication
* Good IT skills (Excel and internal systems)
* Customer-focused approach
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
