Residential Development Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (1–6 PQE)
Birmingham | Hybrid Working (3 days office, 2 days home)
£65,000–£82,000 + Bonus
Leading International Law Firm
We are partnering with a top-tier international law firm in Birmingham to recruit a Residential Development Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (1–6 PQE) to join their highly regarded Real Estate team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading partners in residential development, advising some of the UK’s largest housebuilders and developers, while benefiting from a structured mentoring programme and clear progression opportunities.
The RoleYou will work on a broad range of high-value residential development transactions, including:
*Conditional and unconditional contracts
*Option agreements
*Golden brick and affordable housing transactions
*Back-to-back sales
*Deeds of easement and infrastructure agreements
*Overage arrangements and site assembly
*Service charge and management agreements
You will also gain exposure to more complex matters such as strategic land and promotion agreements, collaboration agreements, land pooling, mixed-use schemes, PRS, and portfolio transactions.
What We’re Looking For*1–6 PQE with residential development experience
*Strong technical knowledge of real estate law
*A collaborative and client-focused approach
*Ambition and a desire to work on high-profile transactions
