Cheltenham • Gloucester • Tewkesbury • Stroud • Cirencester (Cotswolds) • Forest of Dean • Winchcombe • Bishops Cleeve
We have both short-term and long-term SEN support roles available.

About the Roles
We are looking for committed SEN Teaching Assistants who can support pupils with a range of additional needs, including:
*Autism (ASC)
*ADHD
*SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)
*Speech and language needs
*Learning difficulties
Your role may include:
*Providing 1:1 support
*Assisting small groups
*Helping pupils regulate emotions and behaviour
*Supporting classroom teachers
*Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Opportunities include day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and long-term placements depending on your preferences.
Ideal For:
*Experienced SEN TAs
*TAs looking to specialise in SEN
*Those new to support work but passionate about working with children
*Anyone seeking a better work–life balance

Requirements:
*Experience working with children or young people
*Strong communication and behaviour-support skills
*Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
